The Wedding Season is Drawing to an End

Whether you're a Venue, Caterer, Florist, Venue stylist, Photographer or any other type of wedding supplier, you can slowly start to breathe again as the end of wedding season is fast approaching.

Box Tree Events have had an amazing season this year with over 40 weddings taking us all over Yorkshire. Approaching the winter months this is the perfect opportunity to reminisce about our fantastic year so far, looking back at some of the most creative and simply beautiful weddings we've had.

The majority of our weddings have been held at one of our exclusive venues, the glorious Denton Hall. There have been Brazilian dancers, a carnival, sparklers, casinos, photo booths, home made wedding cakes, bag pipes, a vintage bus and much more. Each wedding is unique and it amazes me the wide variety of imagination that our bride and grooms have brought to their special days.

As well as Denton Hall, another one of our venues is of course The Box Tree Restaurant, an ideal venue for a more intimate wedding. This wedding season has seen The Box Tree Restaurant develop into an established wedding venue with more weddings and future bookings than ever. It is amazing how the restaurant transforms into such a beautiful wedding venue, with each bride and groom adding their personal touches to make their special day even more so.

This year Box Tree Events have had a number of marquee weddings. The first was at a private property in Newton Kyme, for 115 guests. The marquee looked incredible with all white decor and a magnificent mirrored circular bar in the middle. The evening reception was filled with music from the incredible The Event Music Company, who got every guest on their feet dancing.

It was a privilege to cater for the wedding of Lord Harewood's fourth Child Edward and his beautiful wife Sophie. The setting was Stunning with the marquee looking out onto Harewood House. Box Tree Events are the exclusive caterers for in house catering at Harewood and we were honored to be a part of such a memorable event.

One of my favourite things about Patisserie Viennoise is that each masterpiece is hand delivered by Trevor ensuring that your wedding cake arrives in perfect condition. Trevor is a truly talented pastry chef.

Unfortunately blogs have not advanced enough yet for you to taste the delicious cakes of Patisserie Viennoise, but take my word for it, they're absolutely delicious.

Supplier of the week - Iain Henderson Designs

'Jewellery to excite your imagination'

Proposing to your girlfriend is a pretty big step, you've asked her Father's permission, you've planned the time and place, all that's left now is the engagement ring. You want your girlfriend to say yes, therefore the ring has to be perfect.

Ring designed by Iain Henderson Design

A lot can put a man off from buying an engagement ring; getting hassled by sales assistants trying to sell you the most expensive ring in the shop, bumping into your future fiancés friend trying to make up some excuse as to why you're in a jewellery store, there is a lot than can ruin the surprise!
This is where Iain Henderson Designs comes in, a unique and exciting way to choose an engagement ring. Iain breaks the whole process down for his customers, he helps explain the differences between diamonds, metals and styles and will take the time to listen to your ideas so that you can pick the perfect diamond for the perfect ring.

If you're struggling with the design of the ring, not knowing what your girlfriend would like. One of Iain Henderson Design's most unique selling points is that you don't even need to propose with a ring, you can propose with just a Diamond. Then when she's said yes, you can both go back together to design the ring.

Not only can Iain Henderson Design's make your engagement ring he can also make your wedding bands so that it fits seamlessly with your engagement ring.

After all the effort men go to to propose to their girlfriends, they should at least get something in return. One of the more recent trends that has emerged in jewellery design is the development in men's wedding jewellery. The options for men are endless, allowing them to get a ring that is truly individual and unique.
